my sinew
slips unto the floor:
throat to thighs
thighs to ears
like curving
I am

to be folded

| Forbidden (Photo) Segment from Puccinelli's Mural in the Atkinson Gallery..... "Puccinelity" Received! Local artist Keith Puccinelli's exhibit in the Atkinson Gallery is a scrumptious offering of baroque aesthetics, beeswax-inspired somatics, humor, and death! I loved the gamut of common materials (wax, twigs, ink, cotton) used--and with such an intimate ( and friendly) sense of irony.... thank you!

Imaginary Company
...is a Rhode Island based filmmaker, visual artist and Oz-- the orange-capped creature pictured above while sharing his process of traveling to the sun..... I had the every good fortune of experiencing Glantz's current project "Being Impossible" at the SB Contemporary Arts Forum--- so fantastic! (two days later and I am in a nervous fit to retain the memory of the show and all its playfully absurd details-- hurrah for life!)
